About Nuvro24

Built plainly, on purpose.

There is no shortage of trading accounts. What is scarce is one where the costs, the rules and the limits are written down clearly enough to check before any of your money is committed. That is the account we are building.

Working rulesprinciples, not promises
  • Costs published against each instrument, not as one headline
  • The rules that govern a position, stated before you open it
  • Plain answers, in writing, from people who understand the ticket
  • No pressure to trade larger than you came to trade
Approach

What we are building

A trading account is a contract about arithmetic. You put up margin, you take a position, and a published set of rules decides what that position costs to hold and what happens when the market moves against you. Most of what traders find irritating about brokers comes from those rules being hard to locate, or written so that they are technically accurate and practically useless.

So the order of work here is the unglamorous one. Get the instrument list, the cost of each instrument and the rules around margin and financing into plain language first. Build the platform around them second. Talk about the platform third.

It is also why this site is quiet. No photograph of a trading floor, no counter ticking up the number of clients, and no figure on any page that we cannot show you the working for. As costs are confirmed they will appear beside the instrument they belong to, which is the only place a number like that means anything.

Cost before persuasion

A single headline spread describes one line of a price list and quietly implies the rest. We would rather publish the cost beside each instrument and let you compare it with whatever you pay now.

Four markets, one balance

Currencies, indices, commodities and shares behave differently, but they should not need four accounts, four logins and four sets of margin rules to hold at the same time.

Nothing that arrives by surprise

We would rather add a step at sign-in than assume a password is enough, and rather tell you a rule is changing than let you find it in a statement afterwards.

Written for people who check

These pages assume you will read the cost, the margin requirement and the terms before you fund anything. A sentence that cannot survive that kind of reading does not belong on the site.

Boundaries

What we do not do

Every broker publishes the list of what it offers. This is the other list, and for most people it is the more useful one.

  • Quote one spread and leave you to assume it applies to the rest of the book.
  • Telephone you to suggest a position larger than the one you came for.
  • Run incentives that only pay out once you have traded a certain amount.
  • Treat a withdrawal request as an opening for a conversation.
  • Sell trading as a lifestyle, a shortcut, or a replacement for an income.
  • Publish a figure we cannot show you the working for.

If any of that ever changes, it changes in writing on this page rather than quietly.

Judge us on the cost page

It has the least room for interpretation of anything here, which makes it the first page worth your time. If a line on it is unclear, tell us and we will rewrite it.
