One address.
Every question.
There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate. Email goes straight to the people who answer it, leaves a copy in your own sent folder, and lets you attach the document or the screenshot the question is really about.
Tap it to open your mail app, or copy it into whichever client you use. If you already hold an account, write from the address it is registered to and the first reply can go straight to the answer.
Nobody here will ask you for your password by email, and you should never send it. Attach documents if you need to; leave credentials out.
Three links that fill in the subject for you
Each one opens a blank message already addressed, already titled, and carrying the few details we would otherwise have to write back and ask for.
Opening an account
Whether you can be onboarded from where you live, what the application will ask for, or anything you would rather have settled before you start filling it in.
SubjectAccount openingAn open position
A fill that did not match what you expected, a margin figure you want explained, or an order that behaved differently to how you read it. Send this one first: anything touching a live position is looked at ahead of general enquiries.
SubjectOpen positionDocuments and verification
Sending identity or address documents, replacing one that came back rejected, or checking what is still outstanding on an application you have already started.
SubjectDocumentsSome browsers and webmail setups do not hand mailto: links to a mail client. If nothing happens when you tap one, copysupport@nuvro24.comand write to it yourself — the subject lines above are a convenience, not a requirement.
Four things that turn three emails into one
Most enquiries need a second round only because something on this list was missing from the first one. None of it takes long to gather.
- 01
The address the account uses
Writing from it is easiest. If you cannot, name it in the message so the account can be found without a reply that only asks for it.
- 02
The instrument, written out
Name the pair, index, commodity or company rather than describing it. Two instruments can sit next to each other in a list and behave nothing alike.
- 03
When it happened, and where you are
A date, a clock time and your time zone. Without the zone a timestamp can land hours away from the fill you are asking about.
- 04
Screenshots as attachments
A picture of the ticket, the chart or the message on screen settles in one glance what a paragraph has to work at. Attach it rather than describe it.
One thing to leave out: passwords, card numbers and one-time codes. We will never ask for any of them, and a message that arrives carrying them has to be deleted rather than answered.
How the inbox works
One address, any subject
There is no separate mailbox per department. The subject line is what routes a message, which is why the links above set one for you.
The order things are read in
Messages are worked through as they arrive, except anything about a live position, which is pulled to the front of the queue.
Who reads it
People who trade these markets, so a question about rollover or a partial fill does not have to be translated on the way through.
Writing on paper
If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask for it by email first and we will confirm where it should be sent.
Already know what you want to trade?
The application does not need a conversation first. If a question is holding you up, though, send it — we would rather answer it now than after you have funded anything.
